IATF 16949 die casting quality control
Quality Evidence Buyers Can Review
Material records, first-piece inspection, process checks, dimensional verification and traceability planned around the customer drawing and agreed documentation package.
Quality controlQuality route
Inspection starts before production.
The RFQ should identify critical dimensions, datums, functional tests, appearance zones, material documentation and reporting format. These inputs determine the inspection plan and influence tooling, fixtures and process control.
Huabo production imagery documents dimensional inspection and machining areas. Specific equipment, measurement capability and report format must still be confirmed against the project.

Purchasing review
Quality evidence should match the drawing risk.
A buyer may need a simple dimensional report, a first-article package, material documentation, capability evidence or functional-test records. The correct package depends on the component and must be listed in the RFQ so quotation and lead-time assumptions remain clear.
Tolerance, porosity and functional-test requirements are reviewed against the actual component, drawing standard and acceptance method before quotation and production approval.
Can Huabo provide dimensional reports?
The required characteristics, sampling frequency and report format should be listed in the RFQ for confirmation.
How are critical dimensions controlled?
The drawing datum scheme informs tooling, machining fixtures, first-piece measurement and in-process checks.
Are material and traceability records available?
The exact certificate, batch and retention requirements must be agreed for the project.
Can functional tests be included?
Provide the test method, medium, pressure or load, cycle, acceptance limit and required record for review.
Define the quality package before tooling.
Send the drawing with critical characteristics, required reports, sample approval and any functional-test instructions.
